3rd Finnish Wushu Championships, Jyväskylä 2nd October 2010
3rd Finnish Wushu Championships will be held in Jyväskylä on Saturday 2nd October 2010 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The venue will be Monitoimitalo at Kuntoportti 3, 40700 Jyväskylä.
The event is organised by the Finnish Wushu Federation and hosted by Jyväskylän Jigotai ry. Taiji-jaos. The Finnish National Team coach shifu Zhang Fang will act as the head judge of the Finnish Wushu Championships.

World Wushu Championships in Toronto 24.10.-29.10.2009
Finnish Wushu Federation sends a team consisting of five competitors to the 10th World Wushu Championships held in Toronto Canada 24.10.-29.10.2009. The team consists of three taolu competitors and two sanda competitors. The team will be accompanied by sanda and taolu coaches and by the team leader. 4 medals for Finland in European Championships
Finnish team has won four medals in European Wushu Championships in Warsaw. The medals consisted of one silver and three bronze medals. Mikko Luostarinen won silver in taijijian (straight sword), Antti Kupiainen won bronze in gunshu (staff) and Niila Hasko won bronze in nandao (broadsword) and nangun (staff).

European Championships in Poland
Finnish Wushu Federation sends a team consisting of four competitors to 12th European Championships held in Warsaw Poland 15-19.10.2008, the team consists of three taolu competitors and one sanda competitor. The team will be accompanied by sanda and taolu coaches and by the team leader.
